Open forum podcast now available
The Federal Government’s proposed changes to the Racial Discrimination Act (RDA) and its potential impact on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples was the topic of the Indigenous Law Centre’s (ILC) recent open forum at UNSW. A panel of experts including Race Discrimination Commissioner Dr Tim Soutphommasane; Sydney barrister Dr Sarah Pritchard SC; Indigenous artist Bindi Cole joined UNSW Professor of Law and Indigenous Law Centre Director, Prof Megan Davis to discuss the proposal.
